The Reform Secretariat, established in November 2019 within the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MoPIC), plays a pivotal role in coordinating and driving the implementation of reforms. It facilitates alignment between government entities and development partners, ensuring that donor programs support national priorities, aiming to foster equitable growth and job creation.
