The Reform Secretariat at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, in close coordination with the Regulatory Impact Assessment Unit/Legal Affairs Directorate at the Prime Ministry and the World Bank, held a four -day training workshop on the ex-post evaluation and building the capacity of the for the Regulatory Impact Assessment Unit and Legislative and Opinion Bureau on how to apply the Regulatory Impact Assessment manual (RIA) in order to achieve higher quality of legislation governing all its areas. The team was previously trained on Ex-ante Impact evaluation.
