Under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Saleh Al-Kharabsheh, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources-Jordan, in collaboration with the World Bank and the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, concluded the final workshop on "Legal and Regulatory Options for Producing, Using, and Exporting Green Hydrogen in Jordan." Supported by the Jordan Growth MDTF, the study aims to review Jordan's legislative framework for green hydrogen and propose updates to attract foreign investments.

Minister Al-Kharabsheh emphasized renewable energy as crucial for green hydrogen production, highlighting Jordan's achievements in the renewable energy sector. Notably, 12 MoUs were signed to explore green hydrogen production opportunities, alongside the development of a national strategy.

This workshop marks the fourth and final session focused on presenting study outcomes and recommendations, followed by discussions on the implementation plan. It underscores stakeholder engagement in shaping Jordan's green hydrogen industry.
