Under the Sustainable Agricultural Plan 2022-2025, the Reform Secretariat at The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (Jordan) is supporting the Ministry of Agriculture through the Jordan Growth MDTF in developing a 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢-𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬. This system will boost food safety, expand export markets, and integrate advanced quality standards.

The project, will be implemented in five phases over six months in partnership with Manafeth Middle East Consulting & Technology, focusing on key supply chains like fresh fruits, poultry, and live animals. We’ve completed the first phase and are now moving forward with the second phase, focusing on identifying technical and regulatory gaps.

Stakeholders from both the public and private sectors, as well as civil society organizations, are actively engaged throughout the project through regular working groups and workshops.
