The Reform Secretariat in MOPIC is looking for a Social Risk Management Consultant to support the assessment, management, and monitoring of social risks and impacts associated with key reform projects and programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assess and manage social risks related to Reforms under the Reform Matrix and Programs for Results (PforR).
✔ Ensure compliance with the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and Environmental and Social Standards (ESS).
✔ Design and implement measures to mitigate negative social impacts and maximize social benefits.
✔ Promote inclusion, protect vulnerable groups, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
✔ Provide capacity building and ensure compliance with social safeguards.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
✅ Expertise in social risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and social safeguards.
✅ Experience with ESF, ESS, and PforR Core Principles.
✅ Strong understanding of public sector reforms and development programs.
