Focusing on combating the increasing stresses on Jordan’s Agricultural sector, regarding ensuring Jordan’s food security, worsening water scarcity and drought as well as the loss of market share in export markets. In addition to confronting the exogenous shocks in tandem with Climate Change impact on the sector.
This pillar aims to contribute to the growth of the agriculture sector by regulating the sector to provide high-quality services to increase export potential and improving its resilience to climate change. Furthermore, increasing competitiveness and leveraging Public-Private partnerships that open the door for new investment opportunities and job creation.
